Defect pointed out by the Office is overruled.

The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.14/2020, Police

Station Dovada, Distt. Dungarpur for the offence under Section 420 IPC and Section 15(2), 17(2) of Medical Council of India (Central) Act.

Lawyers are abstaining from work in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-

19).

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State opposed the bail application.

I have gone through the bail application and the material available on record.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case so also the fact that the petitioner is in judicial lockup since 22.3.2020 and the trial of the

case will take further long considerable time, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Shekhar S/o Niranjan Biswas shall

be enlarged on bail in FIR No.14/2020, P.S. Dovada, Distt. Dungarpur provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- along with one

surety of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as

and when called upon to do so.
