This review petition is filed to review the judgment dated 02.05.2023 in W.P.(C) No.14883 of 2023. In the writ petition, the petitioners prayed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P6 and P7 within a time frame. Accordingly, this Court passed the judgment dated 02.05.2023, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P6 and P7 applications. This review petition is filed seeking review of the judgment on the ground that, by an inadvertent mistake, the petitioners sought for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P6 and P7 applications while they are pending consideration before the 5th respondent.
Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
I find that there is justifiable reason to review the judgment. Accordingly, the judgment in W.P.(C) No.14883 of 2023 dated 02.05.2023 is recalled and there will be a direction to the 5th respondent/RDO to consider Exts.P6 and P7 applications, after taking into account all the relevant materials and after verifying the data bank and obtaining all necessary inputs including the report of the Village Officer. The entire proceedings shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The review petition is disposed of accordingly.
