ORDER

The Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Rajdeep Samudrala is present and Mr. Shadab S Jan is present for the Respondent.

The IA 2180/MB/2020 in this matter is filed for urgent listing of the main CP, C.P.(IB)- 1114/(MB)/2020.

However, in view of the Settlement Deed, the main Petition No. C.P.(IB)- 1114/(MB)/2020 has been ‘withdrawn’ by the Counsel for the Petitioner. Accordingly, the main Petition (C.P.(IB)-1114/(MB)/2020) and the IA 2180/MB/2020 filed therein for urgent listing of the main CP, have become ‘infructuous’ and are, therefore, ‘dismissed as infructuous’, as not pressed.
