Case called again.

In compliance to the order of even date, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a receipt dated 23.09.2026, regarding the deposit of ₹18,750/-, which is 7.5% of the cheque amount of ₹2,50,000/-, issued by the Member Secretary, H.P. Legal Services Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla, District Shimla, H.P.

Learned counsel for the respondent under instructions, submits that the complainant/respondent does not want to proceed further with the complaint in view of the compromise effected between the parties.

In view of above, present revision petition is allowed and the judgment passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge. Dehra, District Kangra, H.P. in Cr.Appeal No. 11-G/IX/2025, decided on 10.03.2026 (learned Appellate Court) affirming the judgment of conviction dated 26.04.2025, and order of sentence dated 02.06.2025, passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dehra, District Kangra, H.P.(learned Trial Court) in Criminal Complaint under Section 138 of N.I Act bearing registration N0.66/2020 are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount of ₹70,000/-has been deposited before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dehra, District Kangra, H.P. (learned trial Court), which is to be disbursed to the complainant as per the compromise. Hence, the amount of ₹70,000/- deposited before the learned trial Court is ordered to be disbursed to the complainant under proper identification and receipt, by remitting the amount to the saving account of the complainant on furnishing of bank details, if not furnished earlier. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no other amount is deposited before learned appellate Court or before this Court.

In view of the above, the present revision is disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
