Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

W.P.(C) 11635/2022

3.

By way of the present petition, petitioners seek quashing of the impugned order dated 25.07.2022 issued by respondent no.3.

4.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in addition of the present petition, DIG/Principal Recruits Training Centre (RTC) CRPF Srinagar, Campus-Humama, Dist.-Budgam (J&K) sent a communication dated 29.07.2022 vide No.M.V-1/2022-23-BLDG to the Special Director General, Jammu & Kashmir Zone, CRPF regarding retention of RTC CRPF Srinagar at Humhama in place of Lethporatill Academic Session of 2022-23, however, till date, as per their knowledge, no response has been received.

5.

All the issues raised in the present petition, in our considered opinion, do not require any judicial intervention. It is upto the forces to make their own arrangement and they are the best to do the same, however, if the Principal of the centre and officers of DIG Rank is making some communication to Special Director General of Jammu & Kashmir Zone, we feel that the said officer should reply to the said communication whether accepting or not, with reasons thereof.

6.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the present petition, we hereby dispose of the present petition by giving direction to the Special Director General, Jammu & Kashmir Zone to consider and decide about the communication dated 29.07.2022 sent by DIG/Principal RTC CRPF Srinagar within two weeks from the receipt of this order.

7.

In view of above directions, petition is disposed of.
