Application for placing on record dcouments Annexure A-1 to A-4 is allowed. The same are taken on record subject to just exceptions. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, submits that during the pendency of present petition, the petitioner has passed away and mother of the petitioner, who is sole legal heir, has submitted an affidavit to the effect that she does not want to pursue the matter, thus, petition may be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not aware whether mother of the petitioner has been released terminal benefits.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the respondent assures the Court that all the monetary benefits of the mother of the petitioner would be released within four weeks from today, if as on date not released.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application including an application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India if something survives.
