Judgment

Heard Mr. A. Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why Rule should not be issued as prayed for; and/or any other such further order(s) shall not be passed as to this Court may deem fit and proper having regard to the circumstances of the case.
Notice is made returnable on 06.07.2022.
Since Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC appears and waives notice for the respondent No.1, no formal notice is called for in respect of that respondent. However, the petitioner shall take steps for service of notice on the respondents No.2 & 3 by 25.05.2022 by registered post with A.D.
According to the petitioner the respondents No.2 & 3 had made the assurance for granting a job to one of the members of the family of the deceased, but that has not been materialized as yet. Hence, the respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to make a specific statement in the reply over that aspect of the matter.
