This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the third and fourth accused in Crime No.645/2020 of Mannarkkad Police Station, Palakkad
district which was registered alleging offence punishable under Sections 392 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code.
When taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on the basis of the interim order passed by this Court on 04.05.2021, they have
already appeared before the Investigating Officer and submitted themselves for interrogation. This aspect has been endorsed by the learned Public
Prosecutor also. Their potency tests have already been done and therefore further interrogation is not necessary. Therefore, the petition is allowed. In
the event of arresting the petitioners, they shall be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand Only) and also they
shall co-operate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer, as and when necessary.
