Judgment
A. Mateen, J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate. Gone through the F.I.R and the bail rejection order.
In view of order dated 23.01.2009,. the District & Sessions Judge, Bahraich has sent his comments dated 4004.03.2009.
I have gone through the comments wherein the District & Sessions Judge, Bahraich has mentioned that statements of witnesses of fact have been recorded and only statements of formal witnesses, i.e. the investigating officer and the doctor who had conducted the post mortem is to be recorded. District & Sessions Judge, Bahraich has prayed that three months time will suffice to conclude the trial.
Accordingly, a direction is issued that Sessions Trial No. 69 of 2007 shall be concluded expeditiously, say by the month of July 2009.
With this direction, this application for bail is disposed of finally.
Copy of this order shall be sent to the District & Sessions Judge, Bahraich by the Registrar of this Court forthwith.
