Judgment

Learned counsel appearing onn behalf of the petitioner submits that the supply to the depot that was illegally and arbitrarily stopped, has been restored to the petitioner since 2013.
Notice of motion was issued on February 28, 2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State-authorities submits that the order dated January 30, 2018 passed by the District Food and Supplies Controller-respondent No.4 is an appealable order.
This Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.
In the event, an appeal is filed within two weeks from the date of this orrder before the Deputy Commisssioner-respondent No.3, the said respondeent will expeditiously disposee of the appeal, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date.
Till such time the appeal is disposed of, there will be an order of statuss quo with regard to the supply to the fair price shop of the petitioner.
With the directions aforesaid, CWP-4924-2018 is disposed of.
Connected applications, if any, are also accordingly disposed of.
