The limited grievance which the Petitioner has raised in the instant writ petition is that in the answer-sheet which the Petitioner has filed along with

the petition, out of the 5 answers that he has attempted only 4 questions have been examined and assessed by the Examiner and he has been alloted

marks only for 4 questions and he has not been granted marks for the 5 th answer or otherwise the 5th answer has not been examined by the

Examiner.

Considering the limited prayer which the Petitioner has raised, this Court does not intend to keep the writ petition pending rather ends of justice

would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to immediately process the answer-sheet of the Petitioner within a

period of 30 days from today and verify whether the Petitioner has in fact attempted the 5 questions from the question paper given to him and if he

has attempted whether all his 5 answers have been examined and has he been alloted marks for the 5 th answer that he has attempted. It is further

directed that on reexamination, the Respondent No.2 shall communicate the Petitioner the outcome of the same forthwith.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
