ORDER
Counsel for OC submits that he has relinquished Vakalatnama and thus seeks to be discharged from his obligations under the law in this CP for OC. He submits that the OC is an individual, who is not traceable at present. In the above circumstances, this Bench has no option except to dismiss this application. In view of the above, this C.P. is dismissed for default.
