The Hon'ble High court of Jammu, Kashmir and Laddak at Srinagar has passed an order dated 17.02.2022 in LPA Nos. 123/2021 and 125/2021 and recalled this petition back to the High Court. In view of the order passed by Hon'ble High court of Jammu and Kashmir, Registry is directed to send this TA No.7568/2021 (WP(C) 1581/2021) back to the High court for further proceeding.

In view of the aforesaid, TA 7568/2021 is disposed of. No costs.
