Vide order dated 05.01.2023, this OA was restored back to its original position subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/-.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it has been brought to our knowledge by the Registry as well as by learned counsel for the respondents that the proof of cost has not been filed. As today also none appeared on behalf of the applicant, the OA stands dismissed in de-fault for non-prosecution.
There shall be no order as to costs.
