ORDER
Learned counsels for both the parties submit that a compromise has been effected between them, pursuant to which a Demand Draft has been tendered in the Court. The same is accepted by the learned counsel for the Operational Creditor in full and final satisfaction of the claim made therein. As nothing further survives, he wishes to withdraw the petition. IB-1519/ND/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
