ORDER
On the compromise arrived at between the parties, the Operational Creditor counsel has filed a memo for withdrawal of this case with liberty to revive the same in the event of default in payment schedule.
As to prayer of withdrawal is concerned, this Petition can be dismissed as withdrawn, but as to revival, there is no provision for revival, therefore, this IBA/745/2019 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
