We think that the view of the learned Judge is correct (Mulchand Joharimal v. Suganchand Shivdas I.L.R., 1 Bom., 23) and is in accordance
with the preponderance of authority as to the meaning of the words ""cause of action"" in Article 12 of the Letters Patent.

We dismiss the appeal with costs.
