Judgment
The Court: The matter is placed for correction of the judgment dated 5th September, 2017. At page 33 of the judgment in the last but one paragraph
last sentence second line the word “untruly†should be deleted and replaced by “unholy†and the said sentence shall read as follows:
“In other words, an order of attachment before judgment prevents an unholy attempt by the defendant to defeat fruits of the decree passed in
favour of the plaintiff.â€
At page 34 last paragraph second but last sentence the word “which†shall be replaced by “with†and the said sentence shall read as follows:
“Otherwise every plaintiff would rush in with a bald averment and obtain an order from court.â€
Let these corrections be incorporated in the judgment dated 5th September, 2017. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly. Fresh certified
copy of this judgment may be issued to the parties.
Let it be recorded that the applications were disposed of by a judgment dated 5th September, 2017.
