Present application has been filed for recalling the order dated 2. 12.2025 passed by this Court by which, the main writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.
Notice of the applicaton to the counsel for the respondents.
Mr. Yatin Bunger, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and Ms. Farheen Bajwa, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2. and raises no objection for the grant of prayer as made in the present petition.
Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, application is allowed. Order dated 02.12.2025 passed by this Court is recalled and the main writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original number and status and is taken up for hearing today itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 08.01.2024 (Annexure P/6) before the competent authority and the petitioner will be satisfied in case, a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representation in a time bound manner.
Learned State counsel submits that in case, the representation dated 08.01.2024 (Annexure P/6) has been received at the hands of the petitioner, the same will be decided in accordance with law and an appropriate speaking order will be passed within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
Ordered accordingly.
