Judgment
Arindam Sinha, J
Mr. Mehta, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of award holder and submits, his client has applied for execution of the award. Mr. Mishra, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of award debtor and submits, applications under sections 34 and 36 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 were heard at length by another learned Single Judge of this Court and judgment is reserved thereon by order dated 1st September, 2021 (K.R.Mohapatra, J.). Mr.Mehta, learned senior advocate confirms, that is so.
Since judgment is awaited on the setting aside and stay of the award cases, either individually or severally or any of either petition or application, this Bench thinks fit to adjourn the execution application for six weeks. Court is given to understand that the adjournment is acceptable by both parties. In the meantime, let notice of the execution application be served on learned advocate for award debtor. Affidavit of service to be filed on the adjourned date.
