Judgment

The petitioner, who is working as Lecturer Hindi, in Government Senior Secondary Manjhole, District Solan, H.P., seeking her transfer to Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Portmore, Shimla against a vacant post. In this regard, the petitioner has already made representations, Annexure P-3 (Colly.), which are still pending before the authority concerned.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 (Colly.), in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, within two weeks. Till the disposal of the representation, the post of lecturer Hindi, lying vacant in Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Portmore, Shimla-1, shall not be filled-in. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
