Heard the IRP. Learned IRP has submitted that two claims have been received pursuant to the public announcement and the promoter of the Corporate Debtor had undertaken vide letter dated 15.03.2022 that payment of the claims received pursuant to public announcement made by the IRP on 03.03.2022 will be made by the Corporate Debtor. The IRP is directed to inform the same to the respondents enclosing a copy of the letter dated 15.03.2022 enabling them to pursue the remedy available under the law.
With the above observations the petition is allowed. The Corporate Debtor is discharged from the rigours of IBC. The Corporate Debtor is at liberty to function with its own Directors.
