ORDER
IA 164/2022:
This application was filed by IRP to withdraw the CIRP on the ground of some settlement talks were going on. However, Counsel for the Original Petitioner stated at bar that the Corporate Debtor has breached the terms of the settlement and has not made the payment as agreed. In view of what has been stated by the Counsel for the Petitioner, the application under Section 12A cannot be proceeded and is hereby dismissed.
IA 122/2022:
This is an application filed seeking withdrawal of CIRP under section 12A of the Code. Since IA 164/2022 has been dismissed, this application is also rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
