1.

Heard Sri Manish Mani Sharma, learned counsel for applicant as well as Sri Nitin Mathur, learned counsel for respondent.

2.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that order of the writ court dated 04.06.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 10846 (SS) of 2021 has been complied with and the representation of the applicant has been considered and decided by order dated 19.07.2021 passed by Additional Commissioner and Additional Registrar (Banking) Cooperative, Uttar Pradesh and all the post retiral dues admissible to the applicant have been paid to the applicant.  A copy of the said order has been produced before this Court which is taken on record.

3.

Considering that the respondents have proceeded to pass an order dated 19.07.2019 and all the retiral dues have been paid to the applicant, it cannot be said that the respondent now runs in contempt of the order passed by the writ Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.

4.

However, respondents are directed to give break up to the various dues and its computation to the applicant within two from today.

5.

Notices issued are discharged.
