Judgment

The aforementioned petitions are based upon similar facts involving commmon issues; accordingly, the saame are being decided together.
The posts in question were advertised vide advertisements 02/2023 and Aman Dua 04/2023. The petitioners have sought directioons to the respondents to revise the final resullt for the post of TGT in five subjects, i.e., English, Physical Education, Saanskrit, Home Science and Punjabi, dated 27.07.2024 and 10.08.2024, on the ground that objections too the answer key submitted by them in response to notices dated 06.05.20223, 17.05.2023 and 07.12.2023, have not been dealt with by the experts in a proper manner. Questions have been raised about credentials of the experts froom whom advice was sought by the Commissioon to decide the objections. In thhese circumstances, vide interim order, dated 07.04.2025, the respondents were restrained from giving appointments any further to any of the candidates on the basis of result dated 27.07.2024.
Learned State counsel has reeceived instructions from the Commission, vide memo dated 27.10.2025, which is retained on the case file along with itts enclosure as Annexure ‘A’. The instructions are to the following effect:
That the respondent Commmission is placing on record the peerforma proposed, to be submiitted before the Hon’ble Court (ccopy enclosed herewith). Accordingly, the petitioner(s) are reequested to furnish their resppective data as per Performa. Thereafter, the Respondent Commmission will send the data along with sources of the Commission as well as of the petitioner(s) to ann independent Expert.
That it is further clarifieed that only those objections orriginally lodged by the Petittioner(s) during the specified objection portal periods (i.e. 06.05.2023, 17.05.2023 and 07.12.2023) will be considered annd submitted for the independent exxpert view.
He, accordingly, submits that on receiving deetails from the petitioners in the enclosed proforma, the objections of those petitioners who had submitted Aman Dua objections earllier in response to the three noticces aforementioned, will be sent to the experts of respective subjects, and on reeceiving their advice appropriate decision will be taken to revise the final seelection result, if required. The process will bee completed within three months.
Learned counsel for the petitioners have no objection to the petitions beingg disposed of in terms thereof. They have also undertaken that the requisite details will be submitted to the Commission within ten days from today in the aforementioned attached proformaa.
Accordingly, these petitions aree disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned State counsel with a direction that the Commission will get the obbjections submitted by the petitioners examined by independent subject expertts holding fairly senior acadeemic positions in Government institutions whho will be asked to give justificattion for the advice tendered with respect to everry objection, as per law laid dowwn in Tejpal and others v. State of Haryana annd another, 2025 NCPHHC 141552. Also, the stay granted vide interim order dated 07.04.2025 shall continue till the Commission finally takes a decisioon whether to revise the final sellection result, after receiving the experts’ advicee.
Pending miscellaneous applicatioon(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed of.
