The above Crl.M.C. is filed by accused Nos. 1, 2 and 3 under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code challenging Annexure A3 order passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Hosdurg in CMP No.8110 of 2014 in Crime No.309 of 2014 of Chandera Police Station, Kasargode, by which the bail granted was cancelled for violating the conditions imposed and Annexure A4, the FIR in the above crime. All further proceedings pursuant to Annexure A3 was stayed by this Court while admitting the matter.
Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that SC No.502/2016 of the Additional Sessions Court-II, Kasargode arising from Crime No.309/2014 of Chandera Police Station, Kasargode has been quashed by this Court by order dated 19.04.2018 in Crl.M.C.No.2216 0f 2018.
In the light of the above order nothing survives in this Crl.M.C. and the same is closed.
