The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 80013271/2025 of Police Station Okhla Industrial Area for offence under 318(4)/3(5) of BNS.

At the outset, the learned counsel for accused/applicant admits that as on date, the accused/applicant is not in jail. As reflected from record, the accused/applicant repeatedly availed extension of the interim bail and was ultimately directed to surrender today. Those orders had been passed by the Link Magistrate.
