The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by which the petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court for a direction to respondent no.4 to provide the record of the Mutation Case No.129 of 2019, Meera Goyal Vs. Smt. Jagdeeshwari Devi.
On the last date, this Court while taking the matter directed the State counsel to seek instructions in the matter that as to why copy of the order sought by the petitioner is not being provided to him, despite his application filed alongwith a folio.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the file is missing from the Office of respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Dehradun and for missing of the file an F.I.R. No. 0111 of 2022 dated 05.03.2022 is lodged with Police Station Kotwali Sadar against unknown persons.
The instructions so received by learned State counsel are passed on to this Court, which are taken on record.
In view of the written instructions passed by learned State counsel nothing remains left to be decided in the writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed in limine.
