I.A. No.25272/2021, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

I.A. No.25843/2021, an application under Section 301 (2) of CrPC filed by the complainant, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons

mentioned therein.

Shri Arun Pateriya, learned counsel is permitted to appear on behalf of the complainant to assist the State counsel in the prosecution of this bail

application.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that one I.A. No.25273/2021 has been filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of interim bail as the

grand father of the applicant has died on 14/8/2021 and rituals related to his death is scheduled to be held on 27/8/2021. However, learned counsel for

the applicant prays for withdrawal of aforesaid interim application (I.A. No.25273/2021) and prayed that applicant be permitted to attend the last rites

and rituals of his grand father in police custody.

Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant has no objection with regard to aforesaid prayer of the applicant.

As prayed, I.A. No.25273/2021 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Concerned Jail Authorities are directed to make necessary arrangements to enable

the applicant to attend the last rites and rituals of his grand father on 27/8/2021 in police custody.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.

List the case in the next week for hearing on regular bail application.
