On the application filed under Section 12A of IBC read with CIRP Regulation 30A of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 seeking withdrawal of the Company Petition admitted on 10.02.2020 on the premise that the claim amount in the Company Petition is settled with the applicant, in consequence thereto, the Corporate Debtor having settled the claim amount as well as IRP remuneration, the IRP (applicant) has sought for withdrawal of the Company Petition by filing withdrawal application along with Form A.
In view of the same, the application is allowed and the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
