Judgment

None present for the respondent Nos.3 and 4.
This Court vide order dated 10.12.2021, while taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4 that the entire dues of the petitioners for gratuity so also selection grade shall be cleared within a period of two months from today, has ordered to list this matter in the first week of March 2022. The Court has also observed the assurance given by Mr. Pankaj Sharma, A.A.G. that the State will also try to clear the petitioners’ dues by the next date.
Admittedly, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not cleared the entire dues of the petitioners for gratuity and selection grade and the State has also not cleared the petitioners’ dues till date.
In such circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Secretary, Management Committee of Balika Adarsh Vidhya Mandir, Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur to remain personally present before this Court on the next date of hearing.
If the State fails to clear the petitioners’ dues by 07th April, 2022, the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Rajasthan shall also personally remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing.
