This matter is taken up by physical/hybrid mode.
Ms. S. Mohanty, leaned counsel has entered appearance for O.P. No.3 by filing Vakalatma in Court.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for O.P. No.3-OPSC contended that the OPSC will follow the recruiting policy as per the requisition sent by the State Government, i.e., OPs.1 & 2.
Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requirement of law that Master's Degree in Education, being a professional degree has to be accepted by the O.Ps.1 & 2-State as well as OPSC-O.P.No.3.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in the interim it is directed that the petitioner having the requisite Degree as indicated in Annexure-1 series, i.e., B.Ed. and M.Ed. Degrees from the Fakir Mohan & Utkal Universities, respectively, is to be allowed provisionally to fill up form and appear in the test/selection process.
This interim order shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised by the opposite parties.
The result of the test/selection process pertaining to the petitioner shall be kept in sealed cover until further orders.
As prayed for by the learned counsel for the parties, list this matter on 3.2.2022. The O.Ps. shall file their respective counters in the meantime.
Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules.
