O R D E R

1.

Counsel for the Applicant has filed a withdrawal memo signed by both Financial Creditor and the Corporate Debtor with request that CP(IB)/219(MB)/2023 may be allowed to be withdrawn.

Counsel appearing for the IRP also confirms that IRP has received the fees as claimed. Counsel for the RP has also tendered an e-mail by the RP addressed to the Counsel stating that he has received a cheque towards fee, which has been honoured.

In view of the above, the CP is allowed to be withdrawn. Accordingly, CP(IB)/219(MB)/2023 is disposed of as withdrawn and IA-586/2025 is also disposed of as infructuous. Contd….2

RP shall be discharged of his duties in the Corporate Debtor and he is directed to handover the affairs of the CD to the reinstated board of directors of the CD within seven days from today.

5.

CD shall also be out of the rigors of the CIRP.

File to be consigned to records.
