In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and order dated 31.10.2013 dismissing the petition for non-prosecution is recalled.
Registry is directed to register the case at its original number.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.

The present petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to look into the complaint filed by the petitioner and to register a case against respondent No. 4.
Heard.
Perusal of Annexure P8, i.e. representation given by the petitioner to the Director General of Police, Haryana, at Panchkula, shows that request is for registration of a criminal case against respondent No. 4.
However petitioner is having alternative remedy to approach learned Illaqa Magistrate u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. for getting the FIR registered, if any cognizable offence is made out as held by Hon''ble Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. and Others, . Disposed of with liberty to approach learned Illaqa Magistrate u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C.
