Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Petitioner is present.
As per the Police report, Respondent could not be served with notice owing to non- existence on given address. A time is being requested by Petitioner to file update address along with steps for ensuring service over Respondent. Let it be filed, within four weeks.
Miscellaneous Application No. 285/2024 has been filed by Petitioner with a prayer for amendment in pleading of Broadcasting Petition No. 262 of 2016. The request is for bringing on record the status of Petitioner Company regarding its registration under MSME Act. The interest permissible under Sections 15 and 16 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 will be applicable with the present matter and issue, and is to be awarded, accordingly. Hence, for bringing on record, this prayer is being made.
As by now, Respondent had not appeared, nor any reply be got filed and request is for amending pleading that too with regard to some legal aspect. Hence, this application is of sufficient merit. Accordingly, the same is being allowed.
Let Petition be got amended, accordingly, and afresh copy of memo of Petition be got filed on record.
After taking steps within four weeks, directed as above, office to issue notice to Respondent, fixing date 16.12.2024 "for further directions".
