Judgment
This application has been filed under Section 12 A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on behalf of IRP stating that in the present matter, the compromise has been effected between the parties and Form FA along with authorization letter of Mr. Arun Kumar and Bhagirath Yadav, partners of M/s. Ld. Counsel for the corporate debtor as well as Ld. Counsel for operational creditor present and endorsed the same. The CIRP costs and the professional fees of the IRP have been paid.
Accordingly, the present application stands allowed. CIRP proceedings against the Corporate Debtor stands closed.
Accordingly, IB/305/ND/2020 stands closed.
Ld. Counsel for the IRP is directed to handover the relevant documents and the management to the suspended board of directors of the corporate debtor.
