This application is barred by limitation from 45 days. An

application is preferred under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to

have condonation of the same. The application preferred does not

contain any reason for causing the delay of 45 days. It is stated in

the application that the delay was not caused deliberately. The

requirement of the law is that the party causing delay in

approaching the court is required to give specific reasons those

prevented him/her from approaching the court within the period

prescribed. No such reason is given in the application, therefore,

the application deserves to be dismissed. However, we have also

examined merits of the case that pertains to a process of selection

that was initiated and completed in the month of April, 2014. The

entire process of selection has completed long back and therefore

now at this belated stage, it was not at all be appropriate to

interfere with the same, specially looking to the circumstance that

huge default is their on part of the appellant. The application

therefore is dismissed. In result, the appeal is also dismissed.
