These writ petitions are filed with the similar set of prayers and one of the main prayer in CWP No. 9194 of 2011 reads as follows:
A. That this writ petition may kindly be allowed and 4 years service on Tenure Bases followed by regular service may very kindly be counted for the purpose of increments, fixation and pensionary benefits.
According to the petitioners, the issue is covered in their favour by the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No. 4550 of 2010, Ravi Kumar vrs. State of H.P. & anr. It is for the respondents to examine the matter. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents concerned to examine the matter in the light of the judgment, referred to above and take appropriate action thereon within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with a copy of the judgment, referred to above.
The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
