With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is being decided at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

"i. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the entire amount of leave encashment & gratuity to the petitioner with 12% interest.

ii. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the medical imbursement amount of Rs.2,34,487/- to the petitioner."

Mr. Ashish Joshi, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondent Nos.2 and 3, he will certainly ensure that the entire amount of leave encashment, gratuity, and the medical reimbursement amount of Rs.2,34,487/- will be released to the petitioner by the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Therefore, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to take the necessary steps, and to pay the entire amount of leave encashment, gratuity along with the interest @5% per annum, and to pay the medical reimbursement amount of Rs.2,34,487/- to the petitioner within a period of two months from today.

In case, this order is not implemented within a period of two months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a contempt petition.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
