Judgment
V.K. Ahuja, J.—No rejoinder filed
The Petitioner, who is posted as Female Health Worker, has been transferred vide impugned order Annexure P-4, dated 16.3.2011, from HSC, Jhiri, District Mandi to HSC, Khauli (Janjheli), District Mandi.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that she has been transferred as a surplus, but some persons senior to her, are posted at the same place, but she has been shifted as a surplus within 10 months from her posting. She has other grievances also. All these grievances she shall put forth in a representation to be filed by her within two weeks from today and the representation shall be duly considered by Respondent No. 2, who shall pass appropriate orders keeping in view the allegations made in the representation. Till then, the Petitioner shall continue at the present place of posting. The representation shall be decided by Respondent No. 2 within two weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
