This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 31.5.2022 (Annex.9), whereby, the application filed by the petitioner seeking appointment on the post of Sathin at Gram Panchayat, Chandi, has been rejected.
Before filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner had filed first appeal before the competent authority.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the appeal has been rejected on 10.8.2022, however, he is not in possession of the order passed by the appellate authority.
Against the order passed by the appellate authority, a second appeal is provided under the Circulars, which deals with the Sathin etc. and, therefore, the petitioner has to approach the second appellate authority qua the order dated 10.8.2022 and the present petition in view of the fact that first appeal of the petitioner during pendency of the present writ petition has already been rejected, cannot be entertained.
Consequently, the petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to agitate his cause before the second appellate authority and take appropriate proceedings qua the order to be passed by the second appellate authority, in case, grievance of the petitioner subsists.
