Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued directing the respondents to grant the petitioner the benefit of the tenure services for the purpose of increments and the pay of the petitioner may kindly be fixed taking into account the tenure services of the petitioner for fixation of pay, and

ii) That the respondents may be directed to count tenure period towards and for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits.

According to the petitioner, the issue is covered in her favour by the judgments rendered by this Court in Paras Ram versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another, Latest HLJ 2009 (HP) 887 and in CWP No. 4550 of 2010 titled as Ravi Kumar vs. State of H.P. & another and other connected matters, dated 16.12.2010. If that be so, similar treatment shall also be extended to the petitioner herein also, as extended to the petitioners in the above referred decisions, in case the petitioner is also similarly situated, within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition and the copies of the judgments referred to above by the petitioner before the competent authority.

The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
