Judgment
Shiv Narayan Dhingra, J.—This petition u/s 482 Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 626 of 2006 under Sections 147/148/149/323/308/506 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden on the ground of compromise arrived at between the parties.
The complainant was summoned to the court to verify the compromise. However, the complainant stated that he had agreed to compromise with the Petitioners on certain conditions and these conditions were not fulfilled by the Petitioners. According to him oral assurances were given to him that the Petitioners would leave the management and that the communication tower on Gurudwara shall be removed. He submits that since these conditions have not been fulfilled, the compromise was not effective.
Since this petition has been filed for quashing of an FIR on the basis of compromise and the complainant states that he has not compromised the matter with the Petitioners, this petition is hereby dismissed.
The petition stands dismissed.
