Judgment
Meenakshi Madan Rai, J
I.A. No.07 of 2024 is an application filed by the Appellant under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking rectification of certain typographical errors that have occurred in the Judgment, dated 12-04-2024, in RSA No.02 of 2020, as detailed in Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the I.A.
Learned Counsel for the opposite parties have no objection. Accordingly, the name “Jit Bahadur Ghaley” appearing in the 2nd line of sub-paragraph (f) of paragraph 3 at Page No.3, 5th line of sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph 3 at Page No.3, 4th line of sub-paragraph (p) of paragraph 3 at Page No.5 and 14th line of sub-paragraph (t) of paragraph 3 at Page No.6, are to be read as “Jai Bahadur Ghaley”.
So far as Paragraph 4 of the I.A. is concerned Learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant withdraws the submission.
The necessary rectifications be incorporated in the Judgment, consequent upon which copies be made available to the parties and uploaded in the website.
I.A. No.07 of 2024 stands disposed of accordingly.
