Judgment
Alok Singh, J.—This is an application seeking regular bail in case F.I.R. No. 56 dated 17.04.2010, under Sections 15/18/25/61/85 of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.
This Court vide order dated 17.08.2010 has granted interim bail to the Petitioner having considered the report of the Medical Officer, Central Jail, Bathinda. Now, Petitioner has delivered baby in the month of October, 2010 and she has to look after the newly born baby.
In the opinion of this Court, keeping in mind the welfare of the mother and the newly born child, it would be desirable to continue the interim order dated 17.08.2010 during the trial.
Present petition is allowed. Order dated 17.08.2010 passed by this Court is made absolute and it is directed to be continued during the trial. It is further directed that the Petitioner shall not leave the country without the permission of the learned Trial Court and shall keep on attending the Court on each and every date unless specifically exempted by the Trial Court.
