Judgment
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been considered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this court at Principal Seat Jodhpur in the matter of Laxmi Vs. State of Rajasthan and others (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5828/2020 and other connected petitions) wherein on 24.07.2020 it has been held as under:-
Mr. Jangid, learned counsel for the respondents, prays for and is granted a week's time to file replies to the petitions. List these matters on 30.07.2020, as prayed. The petitioner(s) may take part in the ensuing counselling. However, they will neither be forced to join at the new place of posting, pursuant to the counselling nor shall they be relieved from present place of posting, without leave of the Court."
In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondent(s).
Counsel for the petitioner may supply a copy of the writ petition in the office of Mr. S. Zakawat Ali, AGC, during the course of the day.
Office is directed to show the name of Mr. S. Zakawat Ali, AGC, in the cause list.
Mr. S. Zakawat Ali, AGC, who is present in the court submitted that the process of counselling has been over.
Meanwhile, the petitioner/s shall not be relieved from the present place of posting, if, not already relieved by the respondents.
Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect(s) in the meantime.
