The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 14th September, 2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Chatrapur dismissing Criminal Revision Petition No.7 of 2016 filed by the present Petitioner challenging an order dated 28th May, 2016 passed by the J.M.F.C., Kodala, Ganjam in M.C. No.52 of 2013 filed by Opposite Party No.2 i.e. his mother under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and directing the present Petitioner to pay her interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/-.
Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 informs the Court that while at the time of the impugned order, the Petitioner who id working in the Mahanadi Coalfields Limited as a Wagon Loader was drawing a salary approximately Rs.32,000/- per month, his salary has now doubled.
Keeping in view the above circumstances, the Court does not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is accordingly dismissed. This order will not prevent the Opposite Party No.2 from seeking enhancement of maintenance in accordance with law.
A copy of this order be sent to the J.M.F.C., Kodala, Ganjam forthwith..
