Judgment

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following prayers:
i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P3 objection submitted by the petitioner in respect of the timings proposed by the 2nd respondent on the route Muttapalam – Varkala in respect of his stage carriage KL-16/F -8787 forthwith or within a time limit ;
ii. to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
Sri.S.Gopinathan, learned Senior Government Pleader submits that the objection of the petitioner in Ext.P3, as well as any other objections shall be considered before the final decision is taken in the timing conference scheduled to be held on 19.10.2024, in accordance with law.
Considering the aforesaid stand of the learned Senior Government Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of as per the stand of the learned Senior Government Pleader.
