The review petition has been filed pointing out that in the judgment, this Court had observed that the delay of 786 days was condoned by order dated
04.08.2015 on condition that the appellants will not be entitled to interest for the period of 786 days, and that the above observation is incorrect since
the said delay was regarding the correction of cause title and the same was condoned without any condition. The above aspect is clearly a mistake on
the face of the record and needs to be reviewed.
Hence the review petition is allowed and the sentences that “The appeal was filed with a delay of 786 days. The delay was condoned by order
dated 04.08.2015 on condition that the appellants will not be entitled to interest for the period of 786 days. The interest on the additional compensation
awarded under this appeal will not carry interest for the said 786 days†will stand deleted from the judgment. The Registry shall issue a corrected
copy of the judgment to the petitioner.
