Sibghat Ullah Khan, J.—This writ petition is directed against order dated 29.10.2007. Mange Ram son of Bhola has filed affidavit in support of this petition. Explanation of delay as mentioned in para 13 is that petitioner came to Allahabad, handed over the papers of the case alongwith expenses and fees to late Sri Jagdish Tiwari, learned Counsel, however Sri Jagdish Tiwari was a dishonest advocate hence he pocketed the money, did not file the petition and thereafter he died.

A trend has developed in the advocates of this High Court that whenever some client approaches them after a delay of 2 or 3 years they ascertain that which advocate died during the period when petition if filed would have been within time and then take up the ground that client had given the fees and paper to that advocate. This virtually amounts to eating the flesh of dead colleague by the advocate who levelles such charges. It is a matter of shame for the entire bar. The Court does not believe a single word of what has been stated in para 13 of the writ petition.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as barred by time.
